By now, I'm sure many of you have seen pictures of the new Fireblade circulating on the internet.

The info. we have thus far is.
Things already covered etc. I’ve read with intrest.

20th Anniversary Blade = correct.
211,000 fireblades sold in the U.K since 1992 = confirmed by Honda U.K

The current pictures / video circulating are obviously the new Fireblade, but are NOT official Honda pictures, and accuracy cannot be confirmed at this point. ( Honda Statement.)

However ,,,,,,,, It could be a pre=production model, as official production starts this week.

No official pictures , press pack, spec is available at this point.

A little birdie tells me.
No Traction Control. Its not an all new model but a facelift model.
which is being designed to look “ sportier / sharper “
It has a “Dual Layered Fairing” which is designed to take heat away from the rider, and to look more “Stylish”
New clocks layout, 12 spoke wheels.
New Big Piston Forks – designed by Showa.
Balanced Free Rear Cushion Shock = designed in conjunction with Showa = Race Proven

Updated C- ABS = tested on German WSB Race bike and developed with Ron Haslam. This has been upgaded for those who want to track their new blade.

There is an overall belief that the 2012 is so perfectly balanced that it has no need for electronic aids.

Well it looks good, and I personnally can't wait to take one out.
